All the action was on the Phillies as a -130 to -128 favorite in Arizona.
This one just hadn't moved and makes us wonder why the books aren't pushing the line up to -140 or higher in an effort to get more action on Arizona. In fact, as of 6:30 pm ET, 92% of the moneyline action was on Philadelphia.
