Colorado at UCLA Betting Preview
The line on the Colorado Buffaloes vs. UCLA game has dropped from Bruins -17.5 to -15.5. Action was 66% on Colorado overnight though it wasn't anywhere near what we were seeing the first few weeks with all the hoopla surrounding Coach Prime and the Buffs hot start.
Red Hot Capper Backing Buffs
We went over to the G911 Sports Hub and found that one of the hottest college football cappers, Al Grant, is backing the Buffs. He's gone 7-3 with his last ten college football picks. He's been senstational the entire season, going 20-7. Grant is yet to lose two consecutive times.
What to Expect
Colorado with their 4-3 record Straight Up and 3-3-1 Against The Spread roll into LA to face a UCLA team that is 5-2 SU and 4-3 ATS. They'll be playing to another packed house and appearing on national television (ABC) for the fifth time this season. Colorado is rested coming into Los Angeles.
This will also be their first game since they blew a 29-point halftime lead and lost 46-43 in double overtime to Stanford on Oct. 13.
“I don’t think we needed to get away and needed rest. I want to keep on going. I want to keep on moving. I want to keep on progressing,” Sanders said about coming back after a bye week. “I know where I feel like we should be, record-wise, and I know what we can accomplish. I just want to put it all together one game and give it to you and display it.”
They'll be facing ranking opponents the rest of the way down the stretch in their remaining five games but only need two more wins to be bowl eligible.
Another fun fact: Colorado joins Georgia, Iowa, Notre Dame and Tennessee as the only teams to play in front of capacity crowds in every game this season. They remain a big public betting favorite, even as a dog.
UCLA beat the team that embarassed the Buffaloes, Stanford, last week 42-7.
The Bruins are allowing only 14.9 points per game, their best scoring defense through seven games since 1988, when they allowed 14.1 points per game.
