Opening Line Trend

Over the last several weeks, favorites opening between 7 to 8.5 have gone 27-13 Against The Spread.  Underlays have done particularly well, however, we have detected an overlay as large as 6.5.

Recent Head to Head

Sacramento is 4-2 in the last six meetings.  They have won three of the last four in this series at home.

Back to Back

It is unclear how Indiana will perform this evening as they have a more winable game in Portland tomorrow night.

Recent Performance

The Pacers have played well of late and should get even better with the addition of Pascal Siakam.  They got him in a trade with Toronto on Wednesday but Siakam won't be playing in this one.

The Pacers offense is averaging 121.6 points per 100 possessions but are just 0-9 when scoring under 110 points over their last nine games coming into this week.

Sacramento comes into this one happy to be home following a five-game road trip where they started off with two wins before losing their final three games.

Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com writes of the Kings:

"The Kings are in a comfortable position -- currently fifth in the West -- and headed in a positive direction with a healthy De'Aaron Fox (27.8 points per game) and Domantas Sabonis (12.7 rebounds per game, first in the league) leading the way."

Domantas Sabonis accumulated 21 points (9-of-11 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), 12 rebounds, 11 assists, one block, and one 3-pointer in Tuesday’s 119-117 loss to Phoenix, playing 39 minutes.

Top Cappers

The top cappers are on the Pacers here.  As noted previously there is a hefty overlay with the line but this is primarily a result of injuries that we list below.

Injuries and Other Notes

The Pacers will be without Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring), while Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) is questionable to play versus Sacramento.

Siakam landed in Indianapolis on Thursday morning and won't be in Sacramento, Calif., later in the day when the Pacers meet the Kings.
