Just because you can bet with FanDuel in a particular state does not mean FanDuel Racing is available there. New Jersey, Connecticut and Tennessee are examples of where you will not be able to place bets at the FanDuel racebook even though their sportsbook app is available in these states.
Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.
Also not available in these states that do not offer any online horse racing: Alaska, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Utah.
