BetUS.com was one of the few online gambling websites to be offering Oscar 2010 odds on the Best Original Screenplay Sunday.

With Avatar out of the mix for this category, it was a battle between the favorite Inglourious Basterds and The Hurt Locker.  Inglourioius Basterds was listed with -200 odds and would require a $20 bet to win $10 (the $20 bet being refunded only if the film wins for Best Original Screenplay).  The Hurt Locker would pay out $16 for every $10 bet.

It should be noted that long shots like A Serious Man would pay $200 for every $10 bet (+2000 odds) as would The Messenger (+2000 odds).  Up would pay out $120 for every $10 bet.
