Top cappers appear to mostly be backing the red hot Baltimore Orioles at home Wednesday evening (6:35 pm ET).  Baltimore comes into this game as the -205 favorite, which is a bit too pricey for our tastes.  They opened at -175, which provides us the opportunity to pull the trigger at the G911 Sports Hub even though we're getting on board late.  We would otherwise not make plays above the -180 mark.

PITCHING PROBABLES: Guardians: Carlos Carrasco (3-6, 5.40 ERA, 1.39 WHIP, 51 strikeouts); Orioles: Grayson Rodriguez (8-3, 3.82 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, 85 strikeouts)

LINE Orioles -185, Guardians +154; over/under is 9 1/2 runs

The total on this game was set at 9.  Four of the last five in this series have gone Over that number, though none were priced this high.

Rodriguez surrendered seven runs in five innings Friday in a loss to the Astros. That's after winning three straight.  We anticipate him to come into this one with all he's got.

Carrasco allowed just one run across six innings on Friday in a 7-1 win over the Blue Jays.  He lost his prior start and four of his prior five with one no-decision.

The Baltimore Orioles play the Cleveland Guardians after Jordan Westburg had four hits against the Guardians on Tuesday.

Baltimore has a 25-16 record at home and a 49-30 record overall. The Orioles have the top team slugging percentage in the AL at .459.

Cleveland has a 25-17 record on the road and a 51-26 record overall. Guardians pitchers have a collective 3.50 ERA, which ranks third in the AL.

The matchup Wednesday is the third meeting between these teams this season.
