With calls growing louder by the hour for President Biden to relinquish his candidacy, we now have projections on who would prevail in hypothetical matchups for other Democrats against Donald Trump.
Additionally, with the two senior citizens sparring about their golf games last night, there are now odds for who would win a long-drive contest as well as a round on the course (Trump massive favorite in both markets).
We’ve created head-to-head matchups for Trump vs. Michelle Obama, Gretchen Whitmer, Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton, which you can find below.
Both Obama and Newsom are favorites (indicated by the minus odds) against Trump, while Whitmer vs. Trump is a tossup. The odds suggest Clinton and Harris would lose against Trump.
BetOnline.ag political oddsmaker, Paul Krishnamurty, said that Obama poses the biggest loss to the book because "she had odds as high as 25/1 in early May and has been continuously backed throughout the past two months."
Finally, odds have been adjusted for who will be the Democratic nominee. Biden was as high as a 1/15 favorite a few months ago, but now he's dropped to 1/2. The full list of Dem nominee odds are also below.
