The Guardians are a top handicapper pick for today despite KC going 6-1 over the last seven in this series.

PITCHING PROBABLES: Guardians: Tanner Bibee (6-2, 3.50 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, 106 strikeouts); Royals: Cole Ragans (5-5, 3.03 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, 120 strikeouts)

Bibee struck out seven and was charged with two runs (one earned) over six innings on Monday in a win over the Orioles.   He has won his last two starts and four of his last five.

Ragans allowed one run in six innings and got the win in the Royals’ 4-1 victory over the Marlins on Monday.

LINE Royals -110, Guardians -110; over/under is 9 1/2 runs.  The pay per head sites have this one anywhere from -105 to -116 Royals.

BOTTOM LINE: The Kansas City Royals, on a three-game home winning streak, host the Cleveland Guardians.

PITCHING PROBABLES: Pirates: Paul Skenes (4-0, 2.14 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, 61 strikeouts); Braves: Max Fried (7-3, 3.00 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, 80 strikeouts)

Fried allowed one run on six hits in six innings in a win over the Yankees on Sunday.  Skenes was uninvolved in the decision Sunday after allowing one run in seven innings and striking out eight against the Rays.

LINE Braves -157, Pirates +132; over/under is 7 1/2 runs

BOTTOM LINE: The Atlanta Braves will try to keep a four-game home win streak alive when they face the Pittsburgh Pirates.
