The elites made him do it. So claims boxer Ryan Garcia.
Ryan Garcia has pointed the finger at 'elitists' for his suspension that was handed to him by the WBC following a racial rant on social media. The tweet allegedly made by Garcia being shared across the Twittersphere says "F*** all N*****s and F*** all Muslims" with another tweet apparently featuring disparaging remarks about George Floyd, a Black man who died in 2020 after a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for more than eight minutes.
He initially blamed substance abuse and claimed to have entered a treatment center. That lasted a whole 24 hours.
Garcia apologized to "the black community".

"First and foremost, I want to apologize to the Black community. I apologize to the Muslim community, basically for my language and my vocabulary," Garcia said on Friday. "I obviously have a big responsibility as a famous athlete and I was very under the influence and I'm going through a lot... but I have no excuse."
World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman wasn't having any of it and quickly issued a statement following the expulsion.
"Exercising my authority as president of the WBC, I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization," Sulaiman said. "We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for (Garcia's) well being."
And the 'Elites' Are to Blame for THIS Too Perhaps?
Back in April, Garcia claimed to have made cashed out a sizable bet on himself to beat Devin Haney. His $2 million bet paid out $12 million, supposedly.
"If you bet, BET ON YOURSELF," he wrote in the caption. "On top of what we made. EATING GOOD."
Garcia was the clear underdog entering the fight. He was 3.2 pounds over the 140-pound limit at the weigh-in and drank from a beer bottle on the stage.
As for that bet, folks had their doubts. Surely one of the big sports betting apps would have caught onto this? And which of the sports betting apps outside of, maybe Circa Sports, takes this size wager?

"I’m genuinely curious how this is allowed but they just banned Jontay Porter," one observant follower tweeted in response.
Others were demanding proof. "This is just just like all his conspiracies he’s been putting out there lately."
