President Joe Biden's odds were the worst we've seen yet on Thursday morning July 18 - down to +850 at BetOnline.
The beneficiary is not necessarily Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump however. Trump's odds ticked down another quarter of a point to -250 from -300.
The person benefitting the most is none other than Vice President Kamala Harris. Her odds of being the next U.S. President were coming in at +280. That's actually a bit down from the +250 odds we saw for her Tuesday evening, but a vast improvement over the +800 odds from just a few days ago when discussion of Biden exiting the race had quieted a bit.

News began breaking Thursday over at Axios that top democrats believe Biden could step down as soon as this coming weekend.
What Axios is reporting:
The private message, distilled to its bluntest form: The top leaders of his party, his friends and key donors believe he can't win, can't change public perceptions of his age and acuity, and can't deliver congressional majorities.
The president is being told that if he stays in, former President Trump could win in a landslide and wipe away Biden's legacy and Democrats' hopes in November.
State of play: The pressure to step aside as a candidate has been rising to intolerable levels, especially over the past few days.
Biden-Harris campaign staff Thursday afternoon admitted they are working on scenarios where Biden is not the top of the ticket.
A just released Associated Press poll reveals that 65% of self-identifying Democrats would like Biden to exit the race.
