Natsumi Tsunoda of Japan is the -160 favorite to win gold in the Women's 48KG Judo event.

Judo was first included in the Summer Olympic Games at the 1964 Games in Tokyo, Japan but was not part of the 1968 Olympics.  It has been an Olympic sport in each Olympiad since then however.

Only male judoka participated until the 1988 Summer Olympics, when women's judo was organized as a demonstration sport. Women judoka were first awarded medals at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

Tsunoda won the gold medal in the women's 48 kg event at the 2021 World Judo Championships held in Budapest, Hungary as well as a  gold medal in this event in 2022 and 2023.  A $16 bet would be required to win/profit $10 (with that $16 refunded just as long as she takes the gold).

Shirine Boukli pays the next shortest odds at +340 or $34 for every $10 bet.
