With Selection Sunday 2010 kicking off at 6 pm EST, Bookmaker.com expects to have lines up on the NCAA Men's College Basketball tournament pretty quickly following determination of which teams will play one another in the first round.

Bookmaker.com's slogan is "Where the Line Originates" and they are typically the first to release odds on events.

Selection Sunday is one of the most anticipated days for sports enthusiasts.

After 125 days in the 2009-10 college basketball season, the final spot in the NCAA tournament might come down to six teams fighting for one at-large bid in the 65-team field, writes Mark Schlabach of ESPN.com.  Those teams include Mississippi State, which remains on the bubble after Kentucky rallied and won in overtime.

Bubble teams team like Cal, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest, which seemed to be safe less than 24 hours ago, have to be a little more anxious about their at-large chances, Schlabach points out.

The most exciting feature of Selection Sunday is learning which teams will play one another and the seeding.  Once known, the office pool and betting can then commence.

Gambling911.com will be covering all the Selection Sunday results and first round game lines during the next few days.
