Maalik Murphy was coming in with an Over/Under total passing yards of 213.5.  That's just four more yards than FSU starting quarterback Brock Glenn's total of 209.5.

Duke comes into this game 5-1 while Florida State is 1-5.  The Seminoles are quite possibly the most disappointing team of the 2024 season. Nevertheless, the line was coming in at Blue Devils -3.  Not surprisingly, most of the early action is on the Blue Devils.

Be careful here as Sagarin has a number of Duke 0.15 with an overlay detected and our model says this bodes well for the underdog.

Duke is also 0-22 lifetime against Florida State.

Cade Klubnik had 235 passing yards and threw touchdown passes to Antonio Williams and T.J. Moore as No. 15 Clemson jumped to an early lead and cruised past Florida State 29-13 on Saturday night.

Glenn, making his third career start, completed 23 of 41 passes for 228 yards and touchdowns to Amaree Williams and Ja’Khi Douglas for Florida State (1-5, 1-4). He completed more passes than he had in his previous two starts plus mop-up time.

“I appreciated his energy,” Florida State coach Mike Norvell said. “He showed toughness throughout the course of the game. Made some really good plays.”

Haynes King threw a go-ahead 4-yard scoring pass to Jamal Haynes early in the fourth quarter and Georgia Tech overcame two touchdown passes by Maalik Murphy to beat Duke 24-14 on Saturday night, handing the Blue Devils their first loss.

Despite their 1-5 record, the Seminoles will likely offer the toughest competition yet for Duke.

This game will be played Friday night.
