College Basketball Odds 2010 Kentucky

College basketball odds 2010 for the Kentucky Wildcats to win the NCAA Championship were listed at +350 for a payout potential of $350 on every $100 bet or $35 on every $10 bet at SportsInteraction.com (see website here).

Kentucky has come into Round One as a huge 19 ½ point favorite to beat East Tennessee State on Thursday.

It's strengths include John Wall, capable of a double-double with points and rebounds -- or with points and assists, and Eric Bledsoe, who is averaging just over double digit points per game.

Nonetheless, Kentucky is not a great shooting team.

From Fox Sports:

Before the SEC semifinals, Tennessee coach Bruce Pearl even gave the rival Wildcats a little jab about that because Kentucky was 9 of 41 from 3-point range in two games against the Vols in the regular season. Then the Cats made 8 of 22 while routing Tennessee, increasing their season percentage to 34.4. Late in the regular season, though, Kentucky went through a four-game stretch in which it was 12 of 73 (16.4 percent) from behind the arc. With DeMarcus Cousins and Patrick Patterson, Kentucky is an excellent rebounding team, but John Calipari lamented his team getting "out-worked" on the glass late in the season, which goes back to the team's youth, which goes back to consistent effort, which remains the top worry.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
