Rocco Becht total passing yards prop bet for the Big 12 Championship game December 7 had him listed with an Over/Under of 240.5.
Becht has the Cyclones at 10-2 this season.
"Mental toughness is what this team’s built on this whole season," he said ahead of this weekend's big game. "We’re going to continue to live by our standards and just continue to play our game."
Becht, a sophomore, led ISU (10-2) to the first ten-win season in program history. He says his motivation is sending the senior class out on a historic note.
"These seniors deserve a lot, and they deserve that game to go in and play one more time," Becht added. "That’s what I’m playing for, is them. Hopefully, we can go in there and do it."
Arizona State's Sam Leavitt is listed with a passing yards total of 194.5 for this game.
Arizona State head football coach Kenny Dillingham heaped praisw on his starting quarterback ahead of Saturday's big game.
"Sam's competitive so if you tell him he's tied for the first-best player in the country in something he's going to get pissed off about, which is good," Dillingham said after the Sun Devils wrapped up practice earlier this week.
The line on this championship game sat at Sun Devils -1.5 overnight Friday.

The Big 12 championship in the conference’s first season as a 16-team league and a spot in the College Football Playoff. League newcomer Arizona State, which has never won an outright conference championship in any league, is looking for its first 11-win season since 1996. The Cyclones already have 10 wins for the first time in program history. This is their second Big 12 title game appearance after a loss to Oklahoma in 2020.
