PrizePicks, now the largest Daily Fantasy Sports operator, held its ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday, opening a brand new headquarters in what's been described as one of Atlanta’s most expensive office buildings, the Star Metals Building at 1055 Howell Mill Road in Midtown Atlanta.

The company invested some $25 million into the new 33,000 square foot space.

“Georgia continues to be a driver of tech growth and innovation, attracting innovative companies with its unique mix of talent and infrastructure,” said Governor Brian Kemp back in August when PrizePicks first announced the relocation. “Today’s announcement is a reminder of our strength in both welcoming new projects as well as creating an atmosphere where existing businesses can expand and thrive. I look forward to seeing the impact of these thousand jobs on the Atlanta community.”

Kemp and his wife both attended Thursday's ribbon cutting.

"PrizePicks was founded in Atlanta and we’ve always been proud to call this vibrant city our home," the company declared. "As we grow, our mission has been to lead by example, helping to shape Atlanta into a top tech hub and inspire innovation across the region.

"Today’s ribbon-cutting at our new headquarters marks a huge step forward in that journey. This isn’t just about expanding our space—it’s about deepening our commitment to the local community, investing in Georgia’s economy, and bringing top talent to the heart of Atlanta.

"A huge thank you to Governor & First Lady Kemp for joining us and for their continued support. We’re excited for the future and can’t wait to keep working together to drive innovation and growth here in Atlanta. Here’s to the next chapter!"

PrizePicks is similar to player prop betting combined into a parlay with traditional sportsbooks.  Two to six player selections are made with all needing to win in a Pick 'Em Power Play while the Flex option allows for one to two misses. In Pick 'Em Arena, compete against other members and win real money by having the best lineup.
