Slow Customer Support

Jay Cox writes on TrustPilot writes:

"At first - I was really enjoying the site as it was easy to use and had a good selection of slots. Unfortunately my views have changed as I’ve been waiting 5 days now for my winnings from a Instagram Giveaway.

"I had responded promptly to the DM and was told I’d be credited within 24 hours of my response yet it has not even been read yet. Disappointing to say the least."

But kudos to YAY CASINO for responding to the customer's concerns.
