Gambling911.com can report a significant surge in searches related to Jazz Sportsbook slow pays coming in from Google.

What does it mean?

We're not 100 percent certain.

Half the searches are from Costa Rica, where Jazz Sportsbook is located.  This could be folks from Jazz conducting the searches or other sportsbooks and Pay Per Heads.

The other half are originating from the US.

This by itself does not mean the person conducting the search is owed money or being slow paid.

There is an active thread about Jazz Sportsbook on the popular Bookmaker Review forum.  It could just be that people reading this site are looking for additional evidence of slow payouts.

Gambling911.com has been covering a few incidents regarding slow payments from Jazz, mostly pertaining to high stakes winning gamblers.

Those engaged at the BMR forum have been raising concerns about Jazz Sportsbook payouts since last month with the company apparently blaiming a "processor issue".

Academy writes:

"45 days now no payout," he shared.  The rest of his post is what he claims to be correspondence from Jazz.

"We have forwarded your concerns to the Payment Team. They do not give exact times they are sending out payouts, however they are handling all payouts in the queue order they work with. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.  I understand your frustration. Rest assured you will receive your payout. Our Processing team has been working with our providers to get the payouts back on track for quicker delivery."

Headsterx writes: "They’re still sending me emails with outrageous bonuses."
