Chaz Lanier is shooting 43.7% and averaging 18.1 points for the Volunteers.

Lanier had a scoring total over/under of 16.5 and rebounds total of 4.5 versus Auburn for Saturday's game and we anticipate a number of 15.5 to 17.5 for Sunday's SEC Championship game against Florida at BetUS.  He ended up scoring well under with 12 in Tennesee's big 70-65 win against Auburn.

Chaz Lanier Recent Performance

Before he's off to the NBA next season, Lanier still has the SEC Tournament and the NCAA Tournament to perform well in. So far, so good for him there.

On Friday, Tennessee was able to take down Texas 83-72, pulling away in the second half.  The Vols were a +5.5 underdog in Saturday's game against Auburn.

“Just shows the perseverance on this team,” Lanier said. “Basketball is a game of runs, so being able to stop those runs and go your own run, it shows the toughness of this team.”

The Vols are playing in their fourth final in the last seven tournaments. They won in Tampa in 2022 and lost the title game in both 2018 and 2019. They improved to 12-8 in this tournament under coach Rick Barnes, who got his 833rd career victory.

Lanier should be listed with a scoring prop total between 15.5 and 17.5 throughout the tournament.

No. 4 Florida Beats No. 5 Alabama - Takes on Tennessee in SEC Final

The Gators opened as a -3.5 favorite versus Tennessee Sunday for the SEC Final.  That line had quickly jumped to -4.5.

Walter Clayton Jr. scored 22 points, and No. 4 Florida pulled away from No. 5 Alabama for a 104-82 victory in the Southeastern Conference Tournament semifinals on Saturday.

Alijah Martin and Will Richard each had 16 points for the Gators (29-4) in their fifth consecutive win.
