The San Francisco 49ers are hurting coming into this Week 5 Thursday Night Football game. The line has shot from Rams -3 and now -8 on news that the Niners ruled out some of their biggest stars, including quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) and receivers Jauan Jennings (ribs, ankle), Ricky Pearsall (right knee) and Jordan Watkins (calf).
Kyren Williams rushed 13 times for 77 yards in the Rams’ Week 4 win over the Colts while adding three receptions for 17 yards.
He's priced at -195 to score a touchdown in this game.

Williams did lose a fumble, and failed to score for the second time in four games. It was still a relatively decent outing for the tailback; just not an impressive one from a fantasy perspective. It’s worth noting that he was far more effective than Blake Corum, as Corum was bottled up for just 21 yards on his nine carries. Williams will probably see more touches against the 49ers on Thursday night.
Christian McCaffrey is priced at -125 to score a touchdown in this game.
McCaffrey rushed 17 times for 49 yards in San Francisco’s Week 4 loss to the Jaguars, adding six catches for 92 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets.
Puka Nacua is priced near even to score an anytime touchdown.
Nacua said he had X-rays on his thumb in the third quarter of the Rams’ Week 4 win over the Colts, but is expected to play Thursday night.
He caught 13-of-15 targets for 170 yards and a touchdown in the Rams’ Week 4 win over the Colts.
