Brock Purdy and Philip Rivers
Brock Purdy completed 23-of-30 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns in the 49ers’ 37-24, Week 15 win over the Titans.
Purdy comes in with a passing yards total of 248.5 over/under for Monday night's game.

Purdy also added 44 rushing yards on seven carries. The 25-year-old looked good on Sunday. The 49ers didn’t need him to do much, but he took what the Titans defense gave him all game long. His receivers seemed to get open at will against the beat-up secondary, but Purdy also hit them in stride and made every throw he needed to make, including two clutch ones on the final fourth-quarter drive to seal the win. He also added a career-long 26-yard scramble, and his ability to escape the pocket and pick up yards with his legs was on full display here. Purdy will see a bit of a tougher defense next week against the Colts, and he remains a rock-solid QB2 option.

Philip Rivers completed 18-of-27 attempts for 120 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Colts’ Week 15 loss against the Seahawks.

His passing yards total for this came was posted at over/under 190.5.

Rivers acquitted himself quite well in his first NFL action since the end of the 2020 season. Starting in place of Daniel Jones — out of the year with an Achilles injury — Rivers was severely limited by the mobility and diminished arm strength of a 44-year-old making a start five days after signing to a team’s practice squad. Rivers averaged 4.4 yards per attempt and rarely threw the ball beyond five or six yards. One third of Rivers’ passes targeted running backs, with another six going to TE Tyler Warren, a safety valve for the aged Rivers. The Colts had 27 passes to 29 rushing attempts on the day. Rivers showed he can operate Shane Steichen’s offense well enough to keep the Colts afloat, though it will be tough for Indy pass catchers beyond Warren to maintain their fantasy value. The Colts get the 49ers in Week 16.
