The level of consistency Jokic has displayed throughout his career, along with improvement every year, the fact he rarely gets injured, his efficiency on offense and how he makes every player around him better has probably vaulted him into top 10 of all time conversation.
All that said, he has not been the favorite at BetOnline.ag to win this season’s MVP until yesterday morning.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has continued his two-way excellence while shooting a career high from the field and behind the three-point arc. Add in the fact that OKC started the season 24-1 while annihilating opponents, and it’s been tough to have anyone else but SGA as the favorite.
