Tennis racquet and two balls

Battle of the Sexes

While it's true that many online sportsbooks and Pay Per Head platforms that offer tennis betting options will not be taking bets on this particular match, operators will certainly need to rethink this strategy in the future.

The exhibition between Kyrgios and Sabalenka offers a modern, rule-adjusted take on the 'Battle of the Sexes' concept. Unlike the historic 1973 match—where Billie Jean King's decisive win over Bobby Riggs on a standard court became a pivotal moment in the fight for tour equality and equal pay—this contest is purely a spectacle, separate from the official tours.

Gambling911.com has seen 7344 impressions for this match thus far, making it the most trafficked event over the last 24 hours.

The prediction market traders have mostly ignored this event with Kalshi reporting just over $300,000 traded an hour before the match

Seahawks @ Panthers

The Seattle Seahawks vs. Carolina Panthers game reigned supreme at most of the books Sunday despite just a half million in volume coming into Kalshi.

BetOnline had this one as the most bet on NFL game of the day Sunday with even action reported.

The Seahawks come in as a -7 road favorite, but this game means a whole lot more to Carolina.

A Carolina victory gets the Panthers to 9-7, but that only guarantees a playoff spot if the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lose or tie to the Miami Dolphins in their Week 17 game.  The latter doesn't seem as likely being that Tampa is a -5.5 favorite on the road.

If Carolina wins and Tampa Bay loses/ties, the Panthers would have at least a two-game lead in the NFC South heading into Week 18.

Carolina has really turned things around this season.  A loss here does not necessarily mean they are out of the playoffs, even if the Bucs win.

They will need to beat Tampa Bay in Week 18 to win the NFC South.

Trump-Zelensky Meeting

US President Donald Trump is expected to host Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the White House at approximately 1 pm ET on Sunday.  This has opened up a few markets at prediction sites like Polymarket, none of which seem to be getting a whole lot of traction.

  • What will Trump say during his meeting with Zelensky?
Zelenskyy wears a suit and tie during next Trump meeting?
How long will Trump and Zelenskyy shake hands for when they meet?
