Week 17 of the 2025 NFL season saw the NFC South ineptitude in full effect.

We also saw Pittsburgh miss DK Metcalf immensely as they couldn’t score a TD in Cleveland with a chance to clinch the division on the line.

On to week 18, where there are possibly three head-to-head matchups for the division championship. We have Baltimore at Pittsburgh, Carolina at Tampa Bay and possibly Seattle at San Francisco for the division and the first round bye at stake (depending on what happens tonight).

Aside from those three games and few others, this is the hardest week for oddsmakers to set lines.

This was the only week that did not have lookahead lines due to so much uncertainty.

NFL Week 18 spreads are subject to change and can be viewed here.
