Casino Mogul Miriam Adelson Reportedly Buys $800,000 TV Ad Against Congressman Thomas Massie Following Latest Epstein Files Release (38,240 Impressions)
Massie, who's been paving the way to have all files released belonging to the late disgraced convicted sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein. He noted that one of the three individuals behind the superPAC, John Paulson, himself is named in the Epstein Files. The billionaire investor and Republican donor's mention does not imply any wrongdoing.
The congressman tweeted:
"Within hours of the Epstein file release, a superPAC funded by Israel-first billionaires Miriam Adelson, Paul Singer, and John Paulson, who himself appears in Epstein’s black book, bought another $800,000 of TV ads against me. I’ll still win, but if I lose, it was worth it."
Adelson is one of the most influential pro-Israel donors in U.S. politics while Massie opposes nearly all foreign aid, including aid to Israel.
As powerful as Adelson might be, Massie holds a commanding lead in his district with the prediction markets listing him with a greater than 70% chance of holding onto his congressional seat.
