Two huge fights were announced this week in boxing.

Canelo Alvarez takes on undefeated Christian Mbilli and Errol Spence Jr. fights for the first time in almost three years (after getting annihilated by Terrence Crawford) against Tim Tszyu.

The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag opened odds for both fights.

Tim Tszyu -170

Christian Mbilli +155

Canelo Alvarez -200

"The truth is that right now, if you look at boxing, there isn't a single fighter who can generate what I generate," Alvarez said during an interview recently.

Alvarez (63-3-2, 39 KOs) has generated at least 500,000 pay-per-view buys on 10 separate occasions. H

“I’m grateful to be back,” said Spence Jr. after he fight was announced. “I took time away to live in the moment, travel, and give my family my full attention. I got to enjoy the rewards of my hard work with the people who matter most. Now I’m locked back in.”

“Three years away from the sport changed my perspective completely. I’ve grown mentally and physically sharper, and I’m more disciplined and locked in with a deeper level of appreciation.”

“I chose to come back in his hometown for a reason. No tune-ups. No easy road. I’m stepping straight into his backyard into the fire because that’s where I do my best work. On July 25th, I’m not aiming to make a return. I’m making a statement.”
