The Philadelphia Flyers fans were overjoyed with their season after making the playoffs for the first time in six years and then getting to the second round.
However, you have to wonder if they’re a bit bitter now that John Tortorella and Carter Hart are leading the Vegas Golden Knights into the Stanley Cup Finals after sweeping the Colorado Avalanche.
Tortorella was hired with eight games left and has lit a spark with the team as they went 7-1 to end the regular season.
Hart, who was not re-signed by the Flyers for legal reasons (Hart has since been exonerated), played only 18 games in the regular season for VGK but has started all 16 games for them in the playoffs.
So, who will Tortorella and Hart coach and play against in the Stanley Cup Finals and will they be favored in either series?
The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag have opened lines to both potential Stanley Cup matchups.
