Those in and around the Kansas City area now have more Las Vegas flights available to them as Frontier has just announced new service.
The new route began July 5, and is available four times a week. Introductory fares start at $69 each way.
Frontier says that in order to accept the promotional $69 offer, tickets must be purchased by 10:59 p.m. central time on July 12. The sale fares are valid for non-stop travel on select days of the week (Aug. 3 through Sept. 2).
“We are pleased to grow our service across the country to ensure low-cost flight options remain available to consumers as they plan their travel this summer and beyond,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design of Frontier Airlines.
The airline just started offering First Class seating on flights. It also rolled out something called UpFront Plus seating. The option includes extra leg and elbow room in the first two rows.
Frontier Airlines said it is also offering unlimited companion travel for its most loyal customers.
Southwest Airlines remains the dominant carrier on the route, with multiple nonstop flights every day (typically around 5 per day, or roughly 36–41 weekly depending on the schedule).
