Sweepstakes Casino Reviews - August 2026

This page features reviews of some of the industry's leading sweepstakes casino sites.  These are real customer reviews as well as important news pertaining to a specific brand where applicable for August 2026.  The list is in alphabetical order but additions are daily (and throughout the day in some cases).  Monitor your favorite sweepstakes casino sites here for any updates.

Unlike a real money online casino, sweepstakes - or social casinos - is an online platform that allows users to play casino-style games, including slots, bingo, table games, and even live casino games, using virtual currency instead of real money. These types of online casinos rely on additional real money purchases once the free play component is exhausted. In contrast, real money online casinos require a small deposit that can be increased through wins. Free play and cash bonuses are typically offered as well.

CrownCoin Casino Reviews and News

(July 29, 2026) CrownCoin Casino Introduces Crown Rips - "The card ripping feature is actually a pretty interesting addition. wasn't expecting to see trading cards mixed into a sweepstakes casino platform, so i'm curious how it compares to the usual rip-and-ship experience." There is some speculation this could provide a loophole of sorts for sweepstakes casinos in states that have aggressively attempted to prohibit the sweepstakes component.

(July 29, 2026) Payouts - Abram Levi Sheawa from the U.S. writes: "Crown coins is by far the best online casino I've played so far and I play daily and get every new registration bonus I come acros Can find and this one is leagues above the rest jackpot and Lonestar I would consider second and third but the difference is almost comparable to jv and varsity. I've cashed out $100 a few times $200, $300, and $700 all prompt and with no issue. Real sh*t. Just wanted those who question things like I do to know. Crown is it if u want to play but need to win a little more often than not. Ty guys."

(July 29, 2026) Payouts - Robin Reid from the U.S. writes: "Payouts are quick as early as the next day. Could be more frequent (wink-wink) but I love the app great games. Give it a try I think you'll be pleased. Thank You, Crown Coins."

(August 11, 2026) - Customer Service - Kimberly Galloway writes: "I got the runaround from like several people on chat for 2 days in a row and then I got this guy on chat tonight and his name was Dave and he was courteous and prompt and he took care of my issue + like it was nothing and I wanted to say I appreciate his excellent customer service. Dave you're awesome!,))"

Jackpota.com Casino Reviews and News

(August 11, 2026) - Redemption Process - Connie from the U.S. writes: "I have mixed feelings about Jackpota.

"The good news is that they did pay my redemption of about $200, so I can confirm they are a legitimate paying sweepstakes casino.

"Unfortunately, the redemption process was frustrating. I deposited using Apple Pay, which Jackpota accepts without any warning that it may complicate withdrawals. When I requested my redemption, I was repeatedly asked to explain why I used a third-party payment method and was required to provide additional verification, including a photo of my bank card.

"After numerous back-and-forth emails and submitting every document they requested, I finally received my payout.

"What disappointed me most wasn’t the verification itself—it was the way I was treated. Instead of simply explaining their policy professionally, I received an email warning that my account could be deleted if I used Apple Pay again. Considering they accepted my deposit through Apple Pay in the first place, that response felt unnecessarily rude and intimidating.

"I appreciate that they ultimately honored my redemption, but the entire experience was far more stressful than it needed to be. If Apple Pay isn’t a preferred payment method, customers should be clearly informed before they deposit, not after they win."

Legendz Sweepstakes Casino Reviews and News

(August 2026 Summary) Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Conversely, a small portion of people experienced significant delays and hassles with redemptions, sometimes waiting days. Some reviewers were dissatisfied with customer service, citing unhelpful or generic responses, particularly regarding account blocks and verification.

(August 2, 2026) - Redemptions - Robert Napier writes:  "It would be an amazing app if they just stuck by what they promise 2 hour prize redemption, my last two redemptions have been very disappointing it’s not what they promise!"

(August 2, 2026) - Redemptions - Laura writes: "Im only giving 4 stars because I have been waiting since yesterday for my redemption deposit to load onto my card. I never had an issue before so im hoping its not going to be a issue today.i usually have it within an hr or 2 at most. It took from yesterday 5 to 530pm until today at 922am for it to be processed saying its on the way. Its still not there as of 545pm so I am contacting the quest services whom told me they are connecting me to support specialist now just sitting here waiting for almost 10 mins and nothing. I know they will make this right with my deposit and 10 free spins. I have been playing a very long time and never had an issue and im not expecting one today. I will update once everything gets resolved! Once I get my deposit and free spins I will let ev1 know. This is why I play legendz they're amazing support and will fix any issues."

Lone Star Casino Reviews and News

(August 2026 Summary)  Customers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the extensive and fun selection of games, enjoying the engaging gameplay and variety offered.

(August 4, 2026) - Prepaid Card Redemptions - Kippy Ramirez writes: "My redemption for a simple prepaid card is taking significantly longer than I have waited anywhere else. This is a major deciding factor when I am deciding on where to deposit my funds and play games at and sadly this will not make the cut at this rate."

(August 4, 2026) - Redemptions - Adam S writes: "I had made two previous redemption requests and both paid out timely. I have now been waiting a month now to receive my third redemption request. I have also reached out 4 times now and all I get is "Don't worry your money is safe and we are working on your request". If I get paid out after writing this, I may consider increasing the stars on this review, but for now it will remain. Update: I finally got paid out after one full month of waiting. $600."

McLuck Reviews and News

(Auugst 2, 2026) Customer Service - Lisa from the US writes: "They definitely have great games and pay out really quick so that’s nice. The reason I’m giving three stars is because they closed my account for a reason beyond my control the geo system on my phone not working correctly and putting me outside the state I was actually in. Customer service only responded with canned answers and that truly bothered me after using the site for almost 2 years I honestly think it was a computer glitch between my phone and their site. So definitely a great site however I think they could improve their response to customer service questions I felt like I was just a number so again great games but could definitely improve when customers have more complicated issues."

(August 2, 2026) - Bonuses - Antonio Tamez writes: "Great bonus coins almost all casinos gives you.20 .25 all the time but Mr.Luck gives you at least 1.00 n the 7 day is 5.00 to 10.00 thank you for your generosity keep up the great work."

MegaBonanza Reviews and News

(August 2, 2026) Class Action Suit But No Idea How She Got Named (and still gives a decent review of the site) - "They ended up sending me money but my account is locked now. Apparently it's from being in a class action law suit I don't remember signing up myself. However, compared to other sites like Real Prize. This one is better but not better than Stake.Us. I increated my review because I did win some on the site."

Reply from Megabonanza: "Thank you for updating your review and for sharing your honest comparison. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us!  Regarding your account status, please note that when an account is restricted due to legal or compliance matters, including class action filings, our risk and compliance team must temporarily lock access to adhere to regulatory requirements and legal protocols. We would like to review your account details directly to clarify your status. Please reach out to our support team with your registered email address, and our team will be happy to provide you with an update on your account restrictions. Thank you for being part of our community."

(August 2, 2026) Redemptions and Customer Service - Katrina writes: "Great variety of games and the redemption turn around time is outstanding- usually within 24 hours. Customer Service is very helpful. I would say that winning the jackpots are few and far between but that is gambling and seems to be normal across the board."

Shuffle.us Sweepstakes Casino Reviews and News

(August 4, 2026) - General - Sarah Dee writes: "From verification to redemption the process was clear and support was super helpful. I redeemed off my daily bonus and it arrived in seconds via crypto. The Chicken original game is off the chain. Lily was so helpful during the verification process and I give shuffle an A+ over all. They will be seeing a lot more of me LOL."

Slots of Vegas Sweepstakes Casino Reviews and News

Looking at 162 reviews on TrustPilot, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people encountered significant difficulties with withdrawing their winnings, often facing repeated denials and various excuses regarding payment eligibility. Customers frequently reported excessive and convoluted verification processes, requiring numerous document submissions and personal banking details, which led to perceptions of the service being untrustworthy or misleading. The customer service was also widely criticized for being unhelpful, providing inconsistent information, and failing to resolve issues effectively.  However, some customers eventually received their winnings, though this often involved considerable persistence and lengthy delays. These individuals noted that following all rules and providing the proper documents eventually led to payment, sometimes after weeks or months of effort.

(August 7, 2026) - Payments - Gerald Crowley writes: "There have been a number of reports from clients and discussion from the FTC that Slots of Vegas and other platforms under Primrose Media have consistently negated and denied withdrawals; however at times making courtesy adjustments in good faith depending on the nature of the policy offense. It is not balanced fair and many Americans are putting their money on these platforms only to be told that they won't get anything - this is a form of fraud and laundering. Please be aware when putting deposits on the Primrose Media platforms."

(August 7, 2026) - Marsha Mori writes: "Do NOT waste your time. You may win and you will NEVER be able to cash out. They make it very difficult and have ZERO customer service. It’s so disappointing that a company has no respect for players."

SpinBlitz Sweepstakes Casino Reviews and News

(August 3, 2026) - Promotions - Jay Kova writes: "The promos and deals for extra coins and spins are pretty good. I avoid the wheel spin included in packages and go for slot spins as I feel they offer a better chance to win more. As a gold member I feel valued as a customer from customer service and the social sites around the platform. The slots can be real generous and real tight, not much in between as a consistent player. When the play is going well...smash the reals, if not run like hell."

Spree Reviews and News

(August 2, 2026) - Payouts - r/BonusBandit writes: "Is Spree legit? 5 of our 11 tracked cashouts have landed, about a day each. The short answer from our own ledger: Spree has paid us, about a day per payout when it does, and just under half of our requests have a confirmed delivery so far.  The evidence. We test with real money on our own accounts. At Spree we have filed 11 redemption requests; 5 have a confirmed delivery, $558 total received, and the timed deliveries averaged about 1.0 day from request to money landing. We also hold 12 payout confirmation emails from Spree in our tracked inbox, and we have logged 1 change to its terms since we started monitoring them. The other 6 requests are requested but not confirmed delivered in our records. That is not an accusation: the bucket includes older requests and anything we could not tie to a landed payment. Pending is not paid, so none of it counts until it lands. On the score, Spree sits at 67/100, caution tier."
