Nevada vs. Washington Little League World Series Betting Odds August 23

OAKLAND PARK, Fla (Gambling911.com) - An early 9 am EDT Little League World Series match is on tap Sunday with Nevada taking on Washington.

Nevada comes into this game as a -168 favorite while Washington pays $132 for every $100 bet.

Paseo Verde Nevada entered Williamsport after going 3-0 in the Mountain Region tournament. Nevada beat Wyoming 12-0, Utah 4-3, and ultimately won the region to qualify for Williamsport.

Its first LLWS game was a thriller against Hamilton, Ohio.

Nevada fell behind 5-2, rallied to tie it and then won 6-5 on a walk-off single by Hudson Cowley in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Soundview Washington entered Williamsport after going 3-1 in the Northwest Region. Washington has now won two games in Williamsport in impressive fashion.

It opened by beating Phenix City, Alabama 2-0 in seven innings and then defeated Boerne, Texas 4-3. The Texas game was particularly impressive because Boerne loaded the bases with nobody out in the bottom of the sixth, but Washington escaped without allowing the tying run.

Betting on this year's Little League World Series is not without its controversy.
