LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - (Gambling911.com) - A beloved Little Rock, Arkansas area poker pro has passed away.

The family of Tiffany Keathley confirmed her passing this week with reports first emerging over the weekend. She was just 40.
Details of her death were not immediately known.
Keathley was perhaps best known for winning the $ 575 No Limit Hold'em - Main Event at the RUNGOOD Poker Series - RGPS in Tunica in 2019. Her recorded live tournament winnings totaled $115,328, according to the Global Poker Index.
Other notable results included, in early 2019, finishing third in a WSOP Circuit event at Choctaw Durant for $10,058. Four years later, she returned to the RGPS Tunica Main Event final table and finished seventh for $10,827, at a final table that included 2003 WSOP Main Event champion and ACR Poker ambassador Chris Moneymaker. Her last recorded tournament cash appears to have been 43rd in the WSOP Circuit Tunica Main Event in April 2024 for $3,281.

She was born October 2, 1985, in Little Rock, Arkansas and would go on to earn her Doctorate in Pharmacology from Harding University. As a pharmacist she developed a highly successful business called Treestar Consulting that helped many businesses manage patients with pain and illness.
Keathley is survived by her adult son, Jacob Cossey, her grandmother Betty Shaw Gibbs, her parents, siblings, a niece and nephew and a host of family and friends who loved her dearly.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30PM this Saturday October 3, 2026, at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway, Arkansas.
