OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (Gambling911.com) - American YouTuber, livestreamer and social media personality Jack Doherty says he is prohibited from posting over the next six months per his new contract with the crypto gambling site Shuffle.
Play poker, casino games and bet sports with one account
Doherty, who owns a multi-million dollar waterfront property in the Riverside Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, posted the claim on X on October 10.
“Hey guys, I think I actually ****** up,” he wrote. “I recently signed a contract with a casino called Shuffle.com, but I didn’t read the contract fully… One of the terms is that I’m not allowed to post online anymore, which I thought was a joke, but now they’re enforcing it. Working with my lawyer to try and fix this. This might be my last post for a while; I’ll try and be back soon.”
Shuffle has since confirmed that restriction.
Shuffle founder Noah Dummett replied to the post with “Good riddance,” then followed up in a separate post confirming the terms. “For everyone asking, yes it’s real, six-month term, money well spent to get this mf off the internet,” he wrote. “His lawyers are now pressing us hard to have this contract scrapped, but we will stay strong.”
The big question now is whether Doherty's October 10 post is in violation of the contract he signed.
Doherty became famous as a teenager by posting stunts, flipping objects and performing pranks. He has since had brushes with the law that include an arrest last November for allegedly failing to follow police instructions to leave a roadway while filming content while in possession of amphetamine and marijuana.
Last month, he was arrested again following an alleged domestic dispute with his girlfriend and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery before being released on bond.
Here is how the deal came to fruition:
September 27–28: Shuffle publicly offered to pay Doherty to stop posting online, using profanity in its message.
October 7: Doherty announced he was looking for sponsors because his $JACK cryptocurrency wasn't performing as well as expected. Shuffle reiterated that its earlier offer was legitimate.
October 10: Doherty publicly claimed he had signed an agreement without fully reading it and discovered that it prohibited him from posting online with Dummett confirming the existence of the six-month agreement.
Doherty's lawyers were reportedly trying to get it cancelled.
A September 2026 industry profile reported that Shuffle was handling more than $2 billion in monthly wagers and ranked among the largest crypto casinos by deposits.
The site does not accept those from the U.S.
