Rapper Chocolate MC, Las Vegas Casino Sued Over Alleged Rape of Teen

LAS VEGAS (Gambling911.com) - A civil lawsuit was filed Tuesday October 13 in the Las Vegas District Court against Cuban rapper Chocolate MC (real name Yosvanis Sierra Hernandez), Boyd Gaming Corp., and the owners of Masque Nightclub.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of a plaintiff who was 16 years old at the time, stems from an alleged sexual assault following a 2024 New Year’s Eve party.  The rapper is accused of sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The plaintiff alleges that Chocolate MC brought the intoxicated teenager to a hotel room at The Orleans, where he sexually assaulted her. The lawsuit claims Boyd Gaming failed to provide adequate protection and did not provide proper training for its employees.

Chocolate MC is already incarcerated separately regarding an attempted murder-for-hire plot in Florida.  He was also accused in of sexual battery, armed kidnapping, battery and grand theft charge.

According to an arrest warrant, the alleged incident happened back on March 31.

Two women, including Sierra-Hernandez's ex-girlfriend, said they had just arrived at the address when Sierra-Hernandez drove up and approcahed them with his hands in a satchel and made threats to kill them, the warrant said.

He allegedly told his ex to get into his vehicle but when the other woman tried to pull her away, he allegedly hit her in the back of her head, the warrant said.

The 33-year-old rising rap star has a large social media following, with over 283,000 YouTube subscribers and over 188,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
