The betting public loves the Los Angeles Lakers and they are willing to pay a hefty price to support their favorite team.

The number one bet was a -1200 price on the Lakers-Suns series to win.  A $1200 bet pays out $100 at Sportsbook.com but Lakers backers appear confident.  The Lakers currently rule the series at 2-0 and play Phoenix on the road Sunday night.  Bettors are especially confident as the Eastern Conference home team, Boston, destroyed Orlando Saturday night and is now 3-0.

The second biggest bet of the weekend is the Lakers as a -2 ½ favorite while the third big bet would pay top money should Los Angeles be victorious in Phoenix.  The +115 money line pays $11.50 for every $10 bet for the Lakers to win outright.

The Lakers were getting 83 percent of the spread betting on this game as of Saturday night.
