One look at David "Doc" Sands, a talented poker player vying to become a DoylesRoom.com legend, and you might think to yourself "Nice looking young man.  Probably gets a lot of girls."

Look a little closer and Sands bears an uncanny resemblance to a high profile murderer, Joran van der Sloot, who confessed to the brutal beating death of Stephany Flores down in Lima, Peru.  That's not exactly a good thing.  Ironically, both Sands and van der Sloot are poker players.  The Dutchman accused of murder was in Lima to attend the Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT)

Sands is also doing quite well at this year's WSOP, having won more than $50,000.

David Sands (pictured left) is competing against Daniel Kelly, Faraz Jaka and Michael Martin in Las Vegas at the World Series of Poker in a quest for cash, bracelets and a spot on Doyle Brunson's team of extraordinary players.

"David is adorable but I would be freaked out dating him," said Jenny Woo, Gambling911.com's Senior International Correspondent.  "I'd sleep with one eye open."

Brunson himself was rumored to have cocked his gun aggressively upon seeing this kid's face pop up on the DoylesRoom.com website.  No there is not a reward for his capture Doyle.  It gets worse: Annette Obrestad is now in hiding

Sorry, couldn't resist.

In any event, Sands (who we have dubbed David Sands der Sloot) is known to sometimes wear a hoodie when he plays and Gambling911.com is encouraging him to do so immediately.

Grow out the beard a little, fix the do, color your hair, wear dark glasses, and show those tattoos more.
