Disgraced DC Lobbyist Jack Abramoff Working at Pizza Parlor

Jack Abramoff, the disgraced Washington DC lobbyist who pled guilty on January 3, 2006, to three criminal felony counts in a D.C. federal court related to the defrauding of American Indian tribes out of millions and corruption of public officials, has a new job that keeps him rolling in a different type of dough.

Abramoff is working in a nondescript part of Baltimore at the Tov Pizza Parlor, which specializes in Kosher pizzas.  He is earning between $7.50 and $10.00 per hour while residing in a halfway house.

Tov Pizza owner, Ron Rosenbluth, said his website has received more hits per day than in the past year following news that Abramoff was now employed there.

But if you visit Tov Pizza in hopes of getting yourself a delicious pan pizza specially made by Abramoff himself, that's not happening.  Abramoff is mostly involved in the numbers and solicitations side of the business and works mostly on a laptop computer.

The uber-lobbyist had long been known as the individual who allowed online gambling to thrive unregulated, taking millions of dollars from special interest groups in the sector.
