YouWager.com has been offering odds on whether Jennifer Keeton will prevail in her discrimination case against Augusta State University (ASU) and claim she has a 75 percent shot.

"The offbeat stuff sends a lot of people our way that might otherwise not be interested in betting," YouWager.com spokeswoman Sweta Shah wrote in an e-mail to the Augusta Chronicle. "In this case, the issue is polarizing with people siding with both parties. That makes for a good bet ... after that you just go with your gut and add in a little commission in case you're wrong."

The graduate student is suing the university after she was told she must undergo a remediation program due to her beliefs on homosexuality and transgendered persons.  Ms. Keeton, who is a Christian, was getting her Master’s degree in School Counseling. The school informed her that she must alter her "central religious beliefs on human nature and conduct".
