Jeffrey Ross First Casualty of Dancing With The Stars
Comedian Jeffrey Ross and his partner Edyta Sliwinska received the lowest score of the night for their cha cha cha routine - 14 out of 30 possible points. As a result, Ross became the first casualty of the new season.
Jeffrey Ross came onto the show as a huge +5000 underdog at Sportsbook.com
The comedian, who suffered a scratched cornea after his professional partner accidentally poked him during a rehearsal Monday.
"I'm more ha ha ha than cha cha cha," Ross joked while wearing a glittery eye patch.
Before Ross was dismissed, each couple performed a new dance Tuesday. Model-actress and one time spokesperson for Sportsbook.com, Brooke Burke, again dominated, scoring a 26 for a quickstep routine.
Updated odds will be released by Sportsbook this week with Burke widely expected to be listed as the favorite.
Dancing With the Stars is the second most bet on television competition after American Idol among US gamblers. Big Brother is heavily bet on in the United Kingdom.
