Odds to win the 2011 Super Bowl less than 24 hours before the first NFL Sunday of the 2010 regular season were still available at BetUS.com and this will be the last time to get the preseason odds before they are updated after Monday night’s game.

The Indianapolis Colts remained only slight favorites to win the 2011 Super Bowl at +850 for a payout of $85 on every $10 bet or $850 on every $100 bet.

The New Orleans Saints and San Diego Chargers were both listed with 9/1 odds.

The Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers each had odds of 10/1 to win the championship.

The Jets and Patriots were each at 14/1 odds.

And what a difference a game makes.  Following the Minnesota Vikings loss Thursday to the reigning Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints, their odds were pushed all the way down to 20/1.  Previously they were in the single digits at some online sportsbooks offering futures on the 2011 Super Bowl.

Teams in the 21/1 to 30/1 odds range of winning the championship game included the New York Giants at 25/1, Philadelphia Eagles at 25/1, Tennessee Titans at 30/1, Atlanta Falcons at 25/1, Miami Dolphins at 30/1, Chicago Bears at 30/1, Houston Texans at 30/1, San Francisco 49ers at 30/1 and Cincinnati Bengals at 25/1.

The Washington Redskins odds to win the 2011 Super Bowl were long at 35/1 but this is definitely a team to keep in mind with Donovan McNabb now as quarterback.
