The Broncos confirmed their decision to part ways with Wilson.

Odds as of December 2023
"We won't play God, but we'll go ahead and speculate on potential destinations for the nine-time Pro Bowl quarterback," SportsBetting.ag said as they released "2024 roster" odds for Russell Wilson early this morning, and there are 13 teams on the list.
The list is rather crowded in terms of the odds with the first 11 teams ranging from 5/1 to 11/1.
The longshots on the list are Seattle and Miami. Could a Pete Carroll-Russell Wilson reunion be in the cards...the odds don't support it, unfortunately.
Wilson believes Denver will be cutting him in March, per Dianna Russini of the Atlantic.
"Russell Wilson is expecting to be cut by the Denver Broncos in March, per league sources," she tweeted. "For almost two months, the quarterback has been starting knowing the organization was most likely going to move on him from after this season.
"The Broncos reached out to Wilson's representatives in late October and explained that Wilson would lose the starting job and be made inactive for the rest of the season if he did not defer the injury guarantee trigger date that he has for 2025, per multiple league sources."
It's interesting to note that Denver has gone 6-3 since October 22, though they've lost their last two games ahead of the post season.
As of this writing, there were still two scenarios in which the Broncos could make the playoffs, neither of which is likely.
The Chiefs would need to lose their last two games of the season and Denver win their last two. The Broncos face two division foes with the Chargers and Raiders. KC is a -7 point favorite hosting Cincinnati in Week 17 and close out the season against the Chargers.
The second scenario requires a miracle of sorts and is akin to hitting a 7-team parlay. All of the following must happen in Week 17:
1. Broncos beat Chargers.
2. Patriots beat Bills.
3. Seahawks beat Steelers.
4. Chiefs beat Bengals.
5. Titans beat Texans.
6. Panthers beat Jaguars.
7. Raiders beat Colts.
