Jens Van't Wout (NED) pays out US$145 for every US$100 bet to win gold in the Men's 500m of the Short Track Speed Skating competition. William Dandjinou (CAN) pays US$250 and Steven Dubois (CAN) pays US$430.
So far, Van't Wout has won gold in both the Men’s 1000 m short-track and the Men’s 1500 m short-track at this year's Winter Olympics.
"Getting the golden tooth for me was a special moment, because after my accident I did have a little bit of time to decide if I dared to continue with the sport,” he said of the collision that knocked out two teeth and left him with a scar on his right cheek.
“Now, getting these gold medals and having a golden tooth, it’s just a nice connection.”
Dandjinou has won silver in the Mixed 2000 m short-track relay with Team Canada at this year's Olympics.
Dubois earned a silver medal as part of Canada’s short-track speed skating mixed 2000 m relay team at this year's Winter Olympics.
