"Everything Everywhere All at Once" seems to have all the momentum coming into the 2023 Oscars and has decent payout value to boot at -165 for Best Original Screenplay.  You will bet $16.50 to win $10.  You get back that $16.50 just as long as the film wins the Oscar.

"The Banshees of Inisherin" does pay out EVEN odds for the Best Original Screenplay category.

"Women Talking" is the -250 favorite in the Best Adapted Screenplay category.  It's a film inspired by real-life events that occurred at the Manitoba Colony, a remote and isolated Mennonite community in Bolivia.  It's a bit of a disturbing film in that women of the town come to discover that some men of the community have been using cow tranquilizer to subdue and rape them.  The attackers are arrested and imprisoned in a nearby city. Most of the men of the colony travel to oversee the bail, leaving the women to vote on what they will do next: Stay and fight or flee.

"All Quiet on the Western Front" has relatively short odds of winning at +125.
