Penny Slot Pays Out Six-Figure Jackpot at Sacramento Area Casino

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - (Gambling911.com) - Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln near Sacramento has paid out yet another massive jackpot. 

The gambler won $239,079 on a “Planet Moolah” slot machine.

“What a fantastic way to kick off October,” said Dawn Clayton, chief executive officer of Thunder Valley Casino Resort. “With fall and the holidays just around the corner, this incredible jackpot gives our lucky guest an extra reason to celebrate.” 

Thunder Valley has paid out over 251,000 jackpots during the past year, averaging nearly 700 jackpots per day, or roughly one every two minutes. 

In August, the casino paid out two six figure jackpots minutes apart. 

Just six days prior, Gambling911.com reported on a $496,685 jackpot hit on $9 bet at the Thunder Valley Resorts Casino.   That win occurred on a Smokin’ Hot Stuff slot machine.

Thunder Valley Casino Resort at 1200 Athens Ave. in Lincoln has 3,500 slot machines and 89 table games. It is about 35 miles northeast of Sacramento.
