(BetOnline News Wire) - The first head coach vacancies for the NBA offseason are here.

Dwane Casey of the Pistons is stepping down and moving into a front office position, while the Rockets declined to pick up the fourth-year option on Stephen Silas' contract.

This morning, our staff set odds for the next floor generals of those two franchises. Charles Lee is the favorite in Detroit and current Raptors head coach, Nick Nurse, is favored for the Houston gig.

Additionally, there are two prop bets involving the Dallas Mavericks. One asks whether or not Jason Kidd will return as the head coach next season, and the other asks if Kyrie Irving will sign with the Mavs before next season starts.
