$100K Super High Roller Breaks PCA and PokerStars Records

The PCA 2015 $100k Super High Roller has broken all PCA records for the event, as well as the PokerStars record for a $100k tourney.

There were 50 unique players in the event, with 66 entries overall, generating a $6,402,000 prize pool. The winner will get $1,872,580, along with a $15k Steel and Diamond SLYDE watch. Nine players will get paid.

Day 2 started today with 39 Day 1 survivors, plus two new entries (Russia's Ilya Bulychev and American Brandon Steven) and re-entries from EPT Barcelona SHR winner Olivier Busquet, PCA2014 High Roller winner Jake Schindler and British online legend Stephen “stevie444” Chidwick. At the time of writing, overnight chip leader Canadian Sam Greenwood was still in the lead followed by last year's PCA Main Event runner-up Mike McDonald. Last season Fabian Quoss defeated a 46-strong field to win $1,629,940.
