What to do when you’ve just won a whopping $5 million and change?  Buy a Ferrari and an Aston Martin.  That’s what 2013 World Series of Poker runner up Jay Farber is about to do…in addition to a new house.

And to think, Farber was actually the loser

He’s also one of the more riveting figures to come out of this year’s WSOP Main Event, considering nobody had heard of him prior to this year.

The nightclub promoter made news when his mascot panda bear was tossed out of the Rio, host of this year’s event.

As TMZ.com noted, winning second place at the World Series of Poker is much better than winning second place at a beauty contest such as Miss Universe.  Those girls only walk away with roses and an eating disorder.

"You know, it's not about the money, really," said Farber, who goes on to discuss the sweet toys he's about to purchase.  "I'm buying a Ferrari though."
