48 Players Left in 2009 WSOP

This is a World Series of Poker update from Gambling911.com.

48 players remained at 3:30 pm PST and Phil Ivey was still in with 8,360,000 chips.

Tom Schneider was eliminated today.  Schneider moved all in for 1.2 million and Marc Etienne McLaughlin made the call from the small blind.  Joe Sebok was also eliminated.

The World Series of Poker website was very difficult to get into Tuesday afternoon. 

 

Antonio Esfandiari was still in the thick of things among the top 25 as was Dennis Phillips.
