As Gambling911.com has previously reported based on numbers it believes to be accurate for Victory Poker’s customer base, a 250 to 300 player rise is widely anticipated at Cake Poker since Victory moved to that network last week.

“The rise will likely be slow however,” points out Payton O’Brien, Senior Editor of the Gambling911.com website.

That’s because it will probably take a few weeks for Victory Poker’s customer base to switch to the new online poker client from the previous Everleaf platform.

Cake Poker offers a ton of great incentives for joining.  These include such enticements as Match & Win, offering players the chance to win over $30,000, and a Gold Card Rewards program where ring game players can earn randomly released Gold Cards for every hand they are dealt, redeeming them for great prizes.

In just a few short days since the move by Victory Poker, Cake is seeing an increase of 50 “real cash” players on average.  That number is approximately a quarter of what Gambling911.com is forecasting for the coming month.

Victory Poker CEO Dan Fleyshman told Poker News Daily last week that “Marketing-wise, we fit well there and I like what they’ve done over the years.”  Fleyshman also said that he loves the Gold Stacks Reward Programand the fact that pros like Doyle Brunson and Phil Laak have online poker rooms on the network.
