Mass murders and poker the perfect mix?  Or so it seems.

“What’s with violence and No Limits Hold ‘Em Poker?” questions Gambling911.com’s own Thomas Somach.

Warehouse driver Omar Thorton went on a shooting rampage in Manchester, Connecticut Tuesday that left eight people dead.

Thorton, according to his Facebook page, listed Texas Hold ‘Em Poker among his “likes” (on top of the list)

Is there a correlation between Texas Hold ‘Em Poker and mass murder?

There have been no scientific studies BUT…

“Joran van der Sloot was a poker player too and so was the guy who shot up Virginia Tech a few years ago,” points out Somach.
