With PokerScout.com now counting the French online poker rooms separate from their main entities, Full Tilt Poker, which just obtained a license to operate in France, has debuted at number 22 and averaged a rather paltry 350 “real cash” players over the past week.  That’s worse than Bodog Poker’s 610.  Of course Full Tilt Poker continues to enjoy more than three times the number of players than its closest rival (outside of number one PokerStars) PartyPoker when it comes to “real cash” players overall.

PartyPoker, which some would argue should have more French players with its nearly exclusive focus on the European market, had its French website ranked at number 19, just ahead of Bodog.

PokerStars dominance is telling.  Overall, it had approximately 12,000 more “real cash” players than Full Tilt Poker on average while its French poker room by itself averaged just over 1400 “real cash” players and ranked at number 9.
